Awful. Avoid. Terrible customer service. Ordered battery 1 week ago, and it is still hasn't left their warehouse. Emailed them twice to get an update and got no reply.

Although the first battery sent out didn't work with my laptop, this was swiftly and satisfactorily resolved thanks to the excellent customer support team. They arranged for collection of the original product and organised a replacement which came very quickly and was well-packaged.Overall I am very happy with the expert, professional service and good quality product.
