Replacement laptop battery for my ageing HP Pavilion. Battery was great value, but I never received either of the emails to acknowledge the order or to notify me it had been dispatched. However, when I sent in a question via the chat facility to query this, the response was more or less immediate, which was reassuring. Would have given 5 stars if I had received the emails.
