This is such a great improvement over the OEM batteries. At 75% brightness it took 4 hrs of use to bring the fully charged battery down to 28%. When I first opened the package I thought they had sent the wrong battery, as it is twice a thick as the regular 6-cell battery. But in hindsight, it is a 12-cell battery so those extra cells had to go somewhere. It snapped right in and fits perfectly, and actually maintains the laptop elevated for better cooling. I love this battery.
